New Employee Benefits Sessions

New Employee Benefits Sessions are mandatory for all new benefit-eligible employees. An employee attends a session to gain information regarding University benefit options and make enrollment selections.

Benefits Sessions are scheduled through Benefits Administration by calling 304.293.5700×4, unless previously scheduled through Employee Data Services.

When attending a Benefits Session, new employees should check in
with the Human Resources receptionist located on the 2nd Floor of
One Waterfront Place.
