Employee Leave

Employee Leave not only refers to employees who are eligible to earn annual leave and sick leave, but also employees who are not eligible to earn annual and sick leave may be provided leave benefits through the University. University leave benefits include, but are not limited to: Funeral Leave, Compensatory Time Off (CTO), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Military Leave, Emergency Leave and Catastrophic Leave. Each type of leave is provided for through University approved policies and procedures, as well as the Board of Governor's Policy 24 for Employee Leave.

How to Request Leave:
All eligible employees use the WVU MyAccess employee portal where the WVU Leave Request System is located. Employees will be required to enter their MyID and password. If an employee does not know or needs to reset their MyID or password, they can get help by going to the MyID webpage.
